Luke's Story
I came from a completely different world—environmental engineering. While I enjoyed the work, I craved something more flexible, innovative, and financially rewarding. I decided to pivot into IT but faced challenges too:

After months of figuring it out, I landed a remote U.S.-based IT role with a salary three times higher than my previous job. It felt incredible, but I couldn’t help thinking: This journey could’ve been faster and less stressful if I’d had the right tools.
Klaudia:
She made several career transitions to roles like Project & Process Manager, PMO, Customer Service Specialist, Programme Manager. She was struggling with getting into IT because she didn't have related experienced.
She got finally into Tech industry from last role - Change Manager. She knows that her career shift could be much more efficient - she didn't know any job search strategies then.
Luke:
After finishing his studies, he wasn't sure what he truly wanted to do. He transitioned from a career in environmental engineering, where he worked as a gas pipeline designer, into accounting for the Russian market (he enjoys learning the Russian language). After that, he became a VBA Developer. While researching salary reports in Poland, he realized that, given his eagerness to learn and grow, the income would not be sufficient for him. He began searching for new opportunities, created a LinkedIn account, and completed his profile. Soon after, he received a job offer from a U.S. company with a salary three times higher than the local average—and the job was fully remote! If he knew then a few job strategies for a career shift, he wouldn't lose money and time.

- Begin engaging with IT professionals and groups to increase your visibility
- Use hidden LinkedIn functionalities to boost your profile visibility for recruiters and hiring managers
- Resume and Cover Letter Tailoring:
- Craft a new Resume and cover letter (if needed!), specifically highlighting your transferable skills and achievements relevant to IT roles. Use our proven formula which worked for 100 + candidates !
