Focus on setting a strong foundation for your career transition into IT. The main goal is to build and refine your professional presence to attract recruiters and hiring managers.

   • Build or significantly enhance your LinkedIn profile, emphasizing your career shift into IT - start getting job propositions after (be like Lukasz!)
   • Ensure a strong profile photo, background, keywords, relevant certifications and skills and headline tailored to the IT role you’re pursuing
   • Use free tools and AI to evaluate your whole profile
   • Begin engaging with IT professionals and groups to increase your visibility

3. Content Creation and Thought Leadership:
   • Post regularly and comment on LinkedIn to increase visibility, sharing content like case studies, insights into the IT industry, certifications, or even challenges you've overcome during the career shift
   • Position yourself as target role expert/enthusiast - be remembered by hiring managers and decision makers to get job opportunities
   • "Sacrifice" only 30 minutes daily on LinkedIn activities to start getting job opportunities and chances for cooperation in the future

Month 3: Refining Strategy and Preparing for Interviews

This month is about fine-tuning your efforts and preparing for the final stages of the job search, including interviews and negotiations.
